2. Book a Call or Meeting with our Admissions Team

3. Schedule a Trial Day
We highly recommend that both Learners and parents experience the energy of our Hubs before making a decision. Visiting a BGA Hub lets you see our space, meet our Learning Coaches, and get a feel for our unique learning environment.
4. Fill Out the Application Form (10 min)
Once you submit the form, you’ll receive an email with:
A summary of the Admissions Process & Next Steps.
A link to a more detailed Admissions Guide (curriculum breakdown, fees, FAQs).
5. Attend an Onboarding Meeting with Our Team
In this meeting, our Educational team and Learning Coaches will review the applying Learner’s academic history, determine the academic level they will be placed at BGA, discuss their learning pathway in more detail, and clarify any questions you may have.
6. Complete Full Enrolment
Once the onboarding meeting is complete you will receive an email with the contracts, invoices, and next steps. Once the contract and payment are finalised, you will receive an official enrolment confirmation.
7. Get Ready for Day One!
We’ll provide all necessary instructions so your Learner can start their journey with confidence.
