Exam Centres
BGA runs approved exam centres across Europe and Africa, open to our own Learners, to home educated Learners and to external private candidates. Entries for the October and November 2026 session are open now.
Who It's For
Our centres run the full October and November session, and entries are open to anyone who needs a place to sit Pearson Edexcel or Cambridge exams, whether you study with us or not.
BGA is an approved Pearson Edexcel exam centre and also enters candidates for Cambridge qualifications. Exam dates and times are set by the awarding organisation, not by us.
Learners studying with BGA, sitting their exams at the centre closest to their Hub.
Families educating at home who need an approved centre to enter and sit qualifications.
Anyone entering independently, including retakes, single subjects, and Learners whose own school does not offer the subject or the qualification.
Exams & Sessions
We are in the October and November 2026 session now, but it is not the only one. International A Levels are sat in January, June and October, and International GCSEs in June and November. If this session is too soon, or the subject you want is not available in it, the next one is already open. Get in touch early and we will place you in the session that works.

Key Deadlines
Deadlines are set by Pearson and the fee rises at each stage. The standard deadlines for the current session have now passed, so entries made today carry late entry fees. If you are aiming at a later session, the dates are below. Email us well before the deadline, since we still need to confirm availability and issue the invoice before the entry can be made.

Access arrangement applications and special consideration requests have their own deadlines, so tell us early if either applies to you.
Pearson key dates 2026 to 2027How To Register
Registration starts with an email, not a form. We need to know where you are before we can tell you which centre can take you and whether your subject is available.
Step 01
Write to exams@bravegenerationacademy.com with:
Step 02
We check that your subject and specification are available, which centre can take you, and whether any specific arrangements apply. Then we come back with the options.
Step 03
Once the options are confirmed, we send you our online registration form. Check the name, date of birth and subjects carefully before submitting, because these go straight to the exam board.
Step 04
We arrange the entry and issue the invoice. Entries are only confirmed once payment has been received, and fees are non-refundable after the withdrawal deadline.
Step 05
This confirms your entries, subjects and qualification codes, exam dates and components, and the centre. Check it and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
Step 06
Before the session we send timetables, start times, arrival instructions, the identification and materials to bring, any approved access arrangements, and the exam regulations.
Step 07
You attend at your assigned centre, following the official timetable. Dates and times are set by Pearson and cannot be changed by BGA.
Step 08
Results are released by the awarding organisation on the official release date. We send them to you by email as soon as they reach us.
Step 09
Official certificates normally reach us twelve weeks after provisional results. We then contact you about collection or delivery.
Deadlines matter more than anything else here. Late entries are charged at double the fee and very late entries at triple, and once a payment deadline has passed no refund is issued, even if an extension is requested. That is exam board policy, not ours.
Exam Fees
Exam fees are different in every country we operate in, and they change with the qualification and the number of units you enter. Rather than publish a figure that will not apply to you, we send you the fees for your centre and your subjects. Tell us where you are and what you want to sit, and you get exact numbers back.
Ask for your feesEach centre carries different costs, so the same qualification is not priced the same in Portugal, Spain, South Africa, Namibia and Mozambique.
BGA Learners pay a lower fee than external private candidates.
An IGCSE, a single A Level unit and a full A Level award are all charged differently, and some subjects carry their own rate.
Late entries are charged at double and very late entries at triple. This is the single biggest thing you control.
Subjects with a speaking component carry an additional fee, and the family sources the qualified examiner. Any extra cost for access arrangements on external subjects falls to the candidate.
Where We Are
Tell us where you are and we will place you at the centre that can take you. Availability varies by subject and by session, so the closest centre is not always the one that ends up hosting your exam.
Not on this list? Write to exams@bravegenerationacademy.com with your location anyway. We open centres as demand grows, and we can tell you what is realistic for the session you are aiming at.
FAQ
If your question is not here, write to exams@bravegenerationacademy.com and the Exams Department will answer it directly.
Yes. Our centres take external private candidates, home educated Learners, and candidates whose own school does not offer the subject or the qualification they want. You do not need any connection to BGA to enter.
Pearson Edexcel, for International GCSE, International AS and A2, and International A Level, and Cambridge, for IGCSE and AS and A Level.
Start with an email to exams@bravegenerationacademy.com telling us your name, where you are, the session and the subjects you want to sit. We confirm availability and the centre, then send you the registration form. Entries are only confirmed once the invoice is paid.
There is no single price. Fees depend on the country, the qualification, how many units you enter, and whether you study with BGA. Email us with your location and subjects and we send you the exact figures for your centre.
Entries are still possible for a while, but late entries are charged at double the fee and very late entries at triple. After the final deadline no entry can be made at all. The dates are set by the exam board and we cannot extend them.
No. Exam dates and start times are fixed by the awarding organisation and published in the official timetable. BGA cannot move them.
No. Our centres do not have the required facilities, so we cannot offer any exam or subject with a practical or laboratory component.
These carry an additional fee, and the family is responsible for sourcing and providing a qualified examiner. Ask us about availability before you plan around one.
Tell us as early as you can, because applications have their own deadline, well before the exams. For subjects BGA does not teach, any extra cost for access arrangements or special assessment falls to the candidate.
Results are released by the awarding organisation on the official date and we email them to you as soon as we have them. Certificates usually reach us around twelve weeks later, and we then contact you about collection or delivery.
Once the payment deadline has passed, no refund is issued, even if an extension is requested. That is exam board policy and applies to every centre, not just ours.
Email us anyway with your location. We open centres as demand grows, and we can tell you what is realistic for the session you are aiming at.
